Joe did a excellent job today.  He and I came up with a few ideas to make this project work and it turned out great. We talked about the options and decided to only move the piece above the door and leave the other long piece in place as is. He said that would be quicker and easier. He was able to knock it out pretty fast.

I really appreciate all he, you, and Steve did for me on this project.  I have a few more things I need done in the future. I’ll give you a call next summer when those projects make it to the top of my list.

Steve at IPS had a cancellation this morning and was able to fix the problem we had with the water supply to frig.

Steve is just amazing. His professionalism analyzed the problem determine some possible causes, tried a number of approaches and settled on the best solution. So the 90 degree is in place. He provided a new hose. He showed us what distance was safe to push the frig back, and cleanup anything that he might have on the wood floor. Finally Steve made sure that we understood everything he did and why he did it. All of this for a situation that seemed to have been caused during the installation.

Hopefully this is the last of the plumbing problems but if not we will always know who to call to make any situation better. That would be Steve.

Thanks so much for getting our HWH traded out.  Steve is a pro and did a great job.  I really like the Bradford set back control and can definitely recommend it.  Could you again help with option price for our customers.

I just wanted to write and tell you how great everyone was yesterday. Our water heater broke and flooded two rooms and when I called the office they got me to Steve right away who went out to the house and then we had a new water heater by 2 p.m. Great service. We really appreciate it.

Excellent service. Plumber arrived ahead of time. Well-mannered gentleman. Brought all necessary tools and parts in one trip. Worked efficiently. Explained his hook-ups clearly.

We wish to compliment you for sending Steve and Dave out to look into our noisy tankless hot water heater.  Their perseverence and professionalism finally paid off and the noise is gone (We never knew high altitude problems would be such a factor).  Their work ethics were expected, but their friendliness was an added bonus.  You have great workers.

Just wanted to tell you how much i appreciated the plumbing fixtures and working with Dave. I was very impressed with him and his work. Sure is a sharp guy and i enjoyed talking to him. Probably hindered his work but learned a lot.
